Volunteer Orientation and Welcome Party
All registered volunteers can join us on June 20, 2009, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Volunteer Headquarters at 1312 Locust St. for the Volunteer Orientation and Welcome Party. Learn more about your volunteer area, enjoy a free lunch, pick up your official volunteer t-shirt, and talk to other volunteers. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Volunteer Check-In
Volunteer check-in and headquarters will be located at 1312 Locust St.

What to Wear
Wear your FREE volunteer t-shirt; please wear it whenever you are working a volunteer shift at the Festival. T-shirts may be picked up when you check in at Volunteer Headquarters. Also wear comfortable shoes.

Attendance
We count on your presence and prompt arrival at your scheduled shift times.
